The 2010, 336 page Case Orange report provides conclusive evidence that a covert, planetary-scale geonginneering operation using military jet aircraft to spray aerosols, has been underway for nearly two decades without public notice or consent.
Although the climate alarmists continue to point to CO2 as the cause for Global Warming and destructive climate change, the long-term effects of this massive geoengineering aerosol operation has never been questioned or reported by any government agency, including the UN's own IPCC.
Now that the credibility of the science that points to CO2 has been so thoroughly undermined, the informed public is taking a look at the 20 year history of covert aerosol spraying as a significant reason for the increasing incidence of warming, drought, floods, tornadoes and destructive weather.
Ionospheric Heaters and scalar technologies at HAARP and other locations are a companion technology to aerosol geoengineering. The powerful electromagnetic radiation of up to one billion watts is capable of altering the weather by causing the ionosphere to bulge outward into space, thus altering the position of one or more jet streams. The effect is to draw warm air from lower climates into higher latitudes.
The technique of climate manipulation could be considered as "man-made global warming", but for reasons that have nothing to do with CO2 or greenhouse gases.
Now that so many now realize warming by CO2 is perpetrated as a global hoax, the public has a critical need to know the true agenda for the secret weather manipulation that continues to spray chemical aerosols in the skies of more than 20 countries, world-wide.
